Sunday, September 30th       4:30pm-6:30pm. 

Dine amongst the vines at Kosicek Vineyards. 3 course, Farm-to-Table, dinner provided by Crosswinds Grille at The Lakehouse Inn & Winery. Each course will be paired with one of Kosicek’s Estate Vineyards.

$65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Seats are limited and reservations are required.

Hog Butchering & Sausage Making Weekend
Friday & Saturday, October 9th & 10th
Spend the weekend at The Lakehouse Inn and learn the basic techniques for butchering a hog! The class will take place Saturday and be led by Chef Nate from Crosswinds Grille at The Lakehouse Inn. Chef Nate butchers makes his own ham, bacon, pancetta and sausage from the different cuts. This package includes lodging for two nights, a full breakfast each morning, an Ohio cheese & charcuterie board upon arrival, a full day butchering course on Saturday, light lunch on Saturday and a three course dinner Saturday evening at Crosswinds Grille featuring select cuts from the hog that you will butcher in class. In addition, each guest will receive bacon & sausage to take home.
Prices start at $559/couple (+ tax and gratuity)
$159/person ( + tax & gratuity)-Class on Saturday with lunch & dinner

Join us for a farm-to-table, family style dinner that will include: Fall harvest salad, Free range oven roasted turkey, Pasture raised glazed ham, Apple sage stuffing, Smashed potatoes & gravy, Candied sweet potatoes, Roasted root vegetables, Creamed corn, Cranberry sauce, and choice of dessert:
