Hog Butchering & Sausage Making Weekend
Friday & Saturday, November 18 & 19, 2016
Spend the weekend at The Lakehouse Inn and learn the basic techniques for butchering a hog! The class will take place Saturday and be led by Chef Nate from Crosswinds Grille at The Lakehouse Inn. Chef Nate butchers makes his own ham, bacon, pancetta and sausage from the different cuts. This package includes lodging for two nights, a full breakfast each morning, an Ohio cheese & charcuterie board upon arrival, a full day butchering course on Saturday, light lunch on Saturday and a three course dinner Saturday evening at Crosswinds Grille featuring select cuts from the hog that you will butcher in class. In addition, each guest will receive bacon & sausage to take home.
Prices start at $559/couple (+ tax and gratuity)
$159/person ( + tax & gratuity)-Class on Saturday with lunch & dinner

Dinner on Broadway: A fundraiser for the CIC of Geneva,OH- SOLD OUT!

Join us for a dinner in the street. A 5 course locavore dinner prepared by local chefs will be held right on N. Broadway in Geneva to commemorate the 150th anniversary of our historic town.

Benefit for Renee Burns

Renee has been part of our Lakehouse Inn family for many years now. You may have seen her smiling face from time to time in Crosswinds Grille.

Renee was recently in a bad car accident and will have a long road to recovery. We will be hosting a benefit on Sunday, April 24th from 5:00-9:00pm. A portion of the proceeds from that nights dinner service will be donated to Renee and her family to assist them during this difficult time.

We are certain that her upbeat personality and positive attitude will help her overcome any obstacles that she may endure. Support Renee!
